    I have had HSN Tracfone since 2015. They all have been great. This Galaxy A 23 is the worst. I know how to set up smartphones. It took me 5 days to get Tracfone to set it up to work completely. I used a transfer App. It wouldn't transfer my same number. The sound is non existent. I can't hear alarms right beside my ear. Music even with ear buds is not worth it. The keyboard skips and switches to capital letters mid sentence. My last phone a Motorola, was a Cadillac. This one a big wheel.

    Last Tracfone was a Samsung & had same issue. Tracfone has no idea whats wrong. When testing it shows it as a text message & not a call. Going to turn this in & buy another brand. Immediately after receiving Samsung phone, activate it to be sure this function works.

    Samsung TracFone company is the worst company I ever had to deal with. I will never get another Samsung phone because of their company. I had one before I got this. A A21 & the battery was swelling up & busted the whole side apart,I see glue. It was about to explode & catch on fire! I hadn't had it 2 years & this is Very Dangerous. I called to see how to expose of it. They hung up on me! A manager! I was scared to death. In 2017 they had law suits,people being burnbad & in homes!Need to go

    Dont waste your money. I was so excited to get the phone but spent 9 hours on the phone with Tracfone trying to get it to work. Transferring data had to be done twice. Choosing a ringtone is a joke.There is no option to save what youve chosen so it rings with a different tone each time. Some of the people at Tracfone are rude and get annoyed if you keep them on the call too long. I had upgraded from Motorola phone and looks like Im going back to it. Why is nothing easy anymore?

    The phone arrive OK. It would not start up. The screen was backlit but nothing else. no image whatsoever after many attempts to start up. It was returned.

    Very disappointed. Tracfone would not give me the minutes that were included. Talked to their customer service several times. No help from them or Hsn customer service. Have been a Tracfone customer for years , this will be my last one.

    This is by far the worst tracfone I have ever owned. After customer service took forever to help set it up its still not working. Now I have to get it deactivated, packed up and send it back.

    I have had a number of TracFones over the years and been very satisfied. That is why I kept coming back!! This is the worst I have ever had. I ordered two. Got one working but it sticks, freezes up and has a mind of its own. The other one won't work at all. Was on the phon with TracFone for over 3 hrs. today. With several levels of assistance. None of them could get the phone to give me a phone number. It said it didn't have a SIM card when it did. Obviously, sending it back. No more!!

    What a rip off! Tried to transfer my phone number online. Couldn't do it. Tried to do it by calling the number provided. Of course the representative is not in the US, so I couldn't understand him. Tried to activate with a new number. Couldn't do it. So angry, the phone is in the trash!

    Took 5 interactions with trafone to activate phoneFirst three failed,fourth told me it didn't work because I didn't give it a passwordStill unable to activate ,said they couldnt add the numbers . NEXT BOTH my phone "not registered on a network" I had no service,had to go to work to call from a hard line.now it works but is a disappointment. AND the quality of photos is poor

    Could not activate the cell phone. Tracfone system would not accept the I M card number, try speaking to a human , no luck.

    My husband and I ordered 2 of these and he did the auto thing for activation never has showed extra 1500 mins but did move out date. He has spoken to 3 tracfone cs people promising him w/i 24 hrs would show it's bee 2 wks and still doesn't show in his acct. I think i'll send mine b

    I attempted to activate this phone 4 times with no luck using the automated system of Tra phone which dropped my calls. So I waited until Monday to speak with a real human & she couldn't get this phone up & running after 35 minutes on the phone. This is going back, I'm so disappointed!

    I already sent the phone back. Number 1..if you have a problem-which I did-you can't speak to a human. The phone was activated just before 3 PM EST Saturday and by Tuesday I still was not hooked up to a network. So, I had no phone or internet that whole time. I took my previous phone back to METROPCS and had it reactivated but with a new number because Tracfone had my original number locked out. I than took the Galaxy to the post office and returned. Really Really disappointed.

    I ordered two of these phones. Display is great, intuitive to set up. Tracfone's online setup was a breeze. Unfortunately, the phones wouldn't connect to the Tracfone network. I was on chat with Customer Support (couldn't call them) for almost 3 hours. They were unsuccessful in getting the new phones connected, and now my old phones no longer work. Supremely disappointed...
