Samsung Galaxy A23 6.6" HD+ 64GB 5G Tracfone with 1500 Min/Text/Data

I purchased 3 of these phones. Two for my parents and one for myself. I have purchased tracfones for at least 20 years. LG is my favorite brand but as they are no longer making phones I decided to give this one a try. One of the cameras on this phone was advertised on air as 50 megapixel. What they neglected to say was that you can't zoom using that camera. The next highest megapixel is 5! When I zoom the pictures are terrible. Very disappointed as I use the camera on my phone all the time.

I cannot send photos and videos to my google drive as quickly as before, I have to individually edit the photos to resize them way down in order to send them, videos aren't going to my drive (and I don't have time to report each time it does not go through to google) so I have to cut them down way down OR use a data transfer cable to get them to my PC it is really annoying. It is taking me lots more time to do simple transfers as before and I can't find in settings how to default lower pic MP

Love this Samsung except for one thing. It will not play music downloaded onto the phone through Bluetooth Audio in the car. I have to connect with a cable. I love LGs, but they stopped making cell phones. The Motorola was awful. This Samsung is a much better choice than the Motorola, but not as good as the LG.

Been a Tracfone customer for years. Got this phone...very nice. HOWEVER...their customer service is useless! When I activated I got charged for an additional year of service. In the past week I've chatted several times and spent well over two hours on the phone (at least 3 calls) with them and keep getting told there never was a charge...tell that to my credit card company. Then they said they couldn't refund it even if a charge did go thru! Their service totally stinks!

They 25W fast charger, it only charges at a normal rate. 63% charge, 51 more minutes to full charge.

The phone is nice. Can't use it if they don't send the 1 yr minutes card with itSo you can use the phone once its activated.

TRACKING INFO SAYS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND NOTICE WAS LEFT, THIS IS NOT TRUE. NEITHER HAPPENED

I SEEN IT AS A TS BUT DIDN'T MAKE THE PURCHASE ALWAYS KEPT AN EYE ON THIS SAMSUNG MODEL & WHEN IT CAME BACK IN SEPTEMBER 30,23. I PLACED THE ORDER(S) WITHIN 2 DAYS STATED IT WAS DELIVERED BUT NO WASN'T MEANT TO BE FOR ME (COD REQUIRED)

Activated phone on 9/10/23. Could not hear recipients on all outgoing calls. Sound would not turn on in settings. Contacted Tracfone technician. Spent 1hr troubleshooting and was told the phone was defective and to return to supplier.

Received the phone. Its nice looking. I can't use it because they didn't send the 1500 free minute card. I don't send it soon, it's going back.

Questions: Why is my minutes and data, and? Disappearing even when using my own WiFi in my home. They said go to red tag and that is what we did. Is this something HSN tracfone, just started? Please help. My time is leaving me rapidly. Thanks

Worst phone I ever bought ..cant even get it activated. Tried for hours ..its going back .buyer beware !

The phone broke in under a year.

My previous Samsung tracfone worked great for text, calls, etc. The Samsung A23 is terrible texting and impossible to receive incoming calls. Friends have tried and they fail also. I rarely text and I ran out of text ability only 4 months after activating this phone. Normally I roll over thousands of phone, text and data.

If you currently have an Unlimited Talk & Text plan with Tracfone, Do Not activate your new phone from HSN until your Unlimited Plan is ready to expire.I was told by Tracfone that I lost all unlimited minutes and text because by activating the HSN phone, I'm now on a "different" plan.I am very upset and disappointed with Tracfone!!
