Samsung Galaxy A23 6.6" HD+ 64GB 5G Tracfone with 1500 Min/Text/Data

I've been a Tracfone customer for many years and upgrade every other year to a newer model phone. This Galaxy A23 is working super fast, takes great pictures and I have no complaints. There is an unresolved problem with Tracfone rolling over my minutes but the phone itself is GREAT!

Overall I'm very satisfied with my new phone. Great camera and easy to setup. My one complaint is the battery seems to drain much quicker than my old Samsung A02

I was surprised to see that HSN included the power Adapter in the Box kudos to them for that

Love the phone, transferred everything from old phone without a problem. The only thing was it did not transfer my data, min., and texts. made a call to tracfone and got it done.

haven't had this phone long enough to give it a good review but so far it seems ok In my opinion it is not the phone brand but the service you get because it is no difference in this phone and the LG phone i just had, the service is the same.

I love it, I have been purchasing a tracfone for years from QVC or HSN. Only has one problem and I expect that was me. This is the best phone yet, quick, and clear and I love the finger print sensor.

Had a little trouble activating it, but once it was working it was good.

I love the phone. Unfortuately I hate the support. I am always amaze how they say it takes minutes to setup. Not true when it comes to support. I was on the phone one hour and 1/2. Talking to a person that I could not understand. Figured the problem by asking friends and myself.

This phone is really acting up after I made the last payment it is very very slow and I am unable to get a new ap it freezes I have had it for 3 months and it cost 199.00

I'm in my 80s and this is just too much choice and too many things on this phone For me and it is very heavy.

This is a high quality phone. Samsung has modified the phone to remove a few critical features. I can't block phone calls from those not in my contacts list, and a few other minor things. This is the type of thing I didn't realize in the first 30 days or I might have returned it.

I like the look and feel of the phone. Love the fast charger. Haven't mastered earbuds or camera yet. This was an upgrade from my old phone. Only problem I have is getting my 1500 M/T/D added to what I already had. Tried talking to Tracfone a few times - my question falling on deaf ears. Suggestion if you purchase this phone to replace an old one make sure you know the old M/T/D so you know how much will be added when transferring over. Hold on to your old phone to check what transferred.

Don't think the air buds are any good, after charging for 24 hours? The most I could get Was 5 songs before the batteries died.

Slow 5g. My Samsung galaxy a13 5g was faster and stayed charged. I'm having to charge it often. I'll go back to Motorola 5g for my next phone.
