Ring Security Video Doorbell 2nd Generation w/Chime and Ring Assist+

Awesome ring.

Our son has an earlier generation of Ring and like it so I ordered 2 for our home. Set up wasn't that easy and we're still fighting over what "sound" we should use but except for that, it's a wonderful security tool. Picture on the phone is sharp and clear. Can't complain at all. Didn't like that you had to subscribe to get the live video after 30 days but it's not very much.

I really like that I have access to see who is on my front porch from my phone. I can't get the chimes to go on but will keep working on it.

I have family and friends that have the Ring and I decided to buy one too as I live in apartments and there is a lot of activity. It's the best thing ever!

I'm very happy with my new Ring Doorbell, it gives me a great view of my front door area day and night!

Returned ! Couldn't get it to work with my phone.

Works great, but only if you are willing to pay $40 a year to subscribe to their protection plan, otherwise all the fine tune settings that make this really work are not available. Disappointed in how scaled down the basic service is without paying for more.

This item was returned on February 10th 2023. Tracking # 9500 1121 0333 3038 8135 14. It doesnt show as returned. I have ring 3.

This product was delivered incomplete: we got the exterior bell, but the 2nd generation w/Chime and Ring Assist features/items were not included - for $118!!!! We ordered overnight from Amazon to complete the installation. This is really sad, HSN. We should receive some sort of credit for this obvious packaging oversight

Chime won't even connet. I tried 10 plus times. Don't waste your money

Have to constantly charge it. Have to take off the screws on the outside bring it in and charge it every few days Arlo is much better

I decided to return this because I missed the part of the on air presentation that it had to be hard wired. I sent it well within the 30 day (25 day, really) window, but apparently it's lost, or probably stolen. Either way I'm paying for a product I don't even own. I think my years long relationship with HSN is coming to an end.

No pouch with security screws.

This is another ridiculously hyped up product that was not fully described or explained by the show hosts. For those of us not techy, it's a NIGHTMARE to try to set up and if you have a slow internet connection it won't work well - that is - if you can figure out how to get the app. I was under the impression I could connect this to my laptop. Not so! Then, if you want to save videos, you have to pay a monthly subscription. Four days and we still can't figure out how to set it up. GOING BACK!!!
