Purchased these in the winter, but have finally gotten to use them. I can get soooo much more using these to scoop up leaves and pine needles when cleaning the yard. As someone stated, can be a bit awkward. Instead of holding the bar that is meant to be held, I hold onto the top of each scoop portion. I rake into a pile, then scoop up the debris and put it into my yard waste barrels. Personally, it saves me about 75% of my pickup time.

I needed something to help me clean up my yard leaves after surgeries for breaks & muscle detachments on both arms, shoulders & wrists.I'm in my 70's & like yard work. Now it's much easier & quick for me to gather fallen leaves without rakes being too heavy tmwith debris to lift up into a trash bin.

These are a little awkward to use in picking up leaf litter, but do work and so much easier and less messy than using a shovel and rake. I like too that I can use it to rake and remove leaf debris from around plants were a traditional rake just won't fit.
