Puleo International 6.5' Pre-lit Flocked Vermont Pine Christmas Tree

I was so excited to receive this tree. Apparently, the item was "shipped"!! However, I never received it. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. They offered a refund and that was it. When I asked for another option the representative said "nothing" was available. Customer Service Rep lacked empathy and was quite NASTY! I will tell others to skip HSN as other flex play options are available now.

Well Id love to say that I love this tree but how would I know I never received it!!! After calling and online chatting with customers service on a few occasions they keep telling me it shipped. Lies! I track it through UPS. IT NEVER LEFT HSN! Extremely dissatisfied!
