Perlier Hydrozone Smart Hydration Auto-Ship®

The change is always considered by the company as "Better" or more "Hydrating". It is always a better change for the customer. Well this is a change and is some ways just as good as the original. The pump is very difficult to operate. What happened.

This stuff is amazing, but seriously Perlier, the container is the pitts. Started to crack about 2 weeks after i got it and yesterday it cracked all the way across and broke into pieces. WHAT THE HECK?????I couldn't find a way to post a picture of the broken bottle.

I enjoy this product but the pump is faulty. This is the third one received that cracks and spreads at the dispensing point. Stopped auto delivery. Perlier, you need to fix this.

I was on auto delivery for the original Hydrozone and loved it. It was the only serum that moisturized my face. Unfortunately I received several bottles with faulty pumps so finally cancelled. I was so delighted to see the return of the new Hydrozone and signed up for auto delivery. Unfortunately, my very first bottle had a large crack below the dispenser and yet I was still able to get product out. This is an over engineered, faulty, over priced dispenser which is not up to Perlier standards.

Contents of one container is fine. Pumps just right. Lotion is lovely. Hoping for soothing miracles.The other container won't pump a single drop even though I can hear/feel it has contents. So, I am returning the dud.

I love this serum. Longtime auto-ship. 2 auto-ship deliveries, pumps are not dispensing. So I opened the container by separating the silver part at top. Inside i found the container pump part was not completely shut. I tightened and pumped the bottle so the air came out. #TestedFixed

I purchased 2. The first one I pumped 100 times and nothing came out. The second one did pump but the outside cracked. It has never been dropped. The second day another crack.. a huge chunk dropped off and the lid flew off. Just like the Royal elixir double youth cream serum.. a problem with the bottle design . I dont know if the cream is good or not since I cant use it.

Can't get product to come out. Tried shaking it before I push top, doesn't help so going back - more shipping expense

I love this product but I am canceling my auto ship. I just received yet another bottle and the pump does not work. ( And this was a replacement bottle.) This makes the 3rd bottle. If they can resolve the pump issue I may order again.

This is the second product that I have purchased & can not use due to the packaging. Im afraid to purchase anything that is sold in pump bottles. They need new packaging or new delivery system.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The pump does not work. Was told by HSN agent line your finger in the groove and pump. May take several pumps. Well I pumped 100s of times. Does NOT work. I went through 2. HSN stated they have calls on this. They are aware, and it does work. Wow. Well if a product is this hard to work, AND-your getting calls, I would say there is a problem. I

Disappointed in the pump hardly anything comes out.
