tried to connect shelving lengthwise but hooks too big to fit between wiring on shelf. waste of money--should have bought another whole shelf unit. beware-free shipping to get to me but I have to pay to return.

I love all my Oragami BUT...Due to poor quality control, s was a total, unexpected, product failure. I am having to put things in storage and while waiting to make the move, I never opened the box. So this past weekend, after we made the move and arranged four of the units we spaced two of them and placed the first shelf. Upon attempting to place the second shelf, we realized ORAGAMI WITH THEIR POOR QUALITY CONTROL, PLACED TWO SHELVES OF DIFFERENT LENGTH, IN ONE BOX.SHAME ON ORAGAMI !!!!!

4 racks- 1 fit on shelves, (TealBlue NJ)10/31/2019
Purchased in July 2019. Didn't set up until September. Of 2 racks, only 1 rack fit on shelves. Over 30 days. Called Origami, 1 year warranty. They sent replacements. Neither rack fit on Origami shelves. Not sure now if it's the racks or the shelves. Very frustrating. Would just stick to the shelves. Have 9. Love them all.
