Since when can you NOT return an item? I did not like the way this fit me, & I couldnt initiate a return. When I did online chat, AND placed a call to customer service, I was told the only way to return this was by getting a return label via snail mail! Well, about a month later, I still HAVE NOT received the return label. I am highly disappointed! In all my years of shopping at HSN/QVC, have I NEVER been able to return an item. Snail mail? You couldnt send a shipping label via email?
