Blahhhhh, yuck!! This, to me, was the worst tasting protein drink I've ever tried!! It was like drinking 2 tablespoons of powdered chalk with water!! So bland, like it had a really odd taste, plus, lots of carbs, sugar and only 14 grams of protein. I stopped Autoship & went back to my original "Premium Protein" shake. It has only 1 gram of sugar vs. 12, with 3 carbs vs 16 AND 30 grams of PROTEIN!! ....and they taste great :)
