Ive had this pan for at least 6 months and I have cooked chicken breast, enchiladas and today a half ham with a brown sugar glaze. It came spotlessly clean & has kept its luster on the inside.

So happy I got this pan!! I can cook so much in it and don't have to juggle two smaller baking pans. High side is perfect for cooking meats. It is aluminum so it cooks evenly. It will get discolored if you put it in the dishwasher, but this does not affect the cooking.
