Mr. Halloween 48" White/Green Animated LED Spider Web

the first thing I did was unpack this and put it together and see it in person. It wasn't at night but inside the house but I am hoping this lights up like I think it will. It cute and fun!

We just put the spider web up a little over a week ago. The web already broke where 2 of the white poles come together. It is too late to send it back. We glued it back together and are keeping our fingers crossed!

So very disappointed as this arrived with broken leg on spider. Items seem to get broken so often in shipping. UPS is so careless. So we ship it back and no replacement available.

I had a little problem putting this cutie together BUT I DID IT!!!! Its so funny watching him go all around. The spider is a pretty bright green. I cant get all of my lights to work so I will put other ones on it. I really like this. I used it for a birthday party and my grandkid and great grand babies loved it.

need to know... the pieces that was broke could they be fix or did the product still work with the broken piece off... i have not open the box yet. i have 30 days before i can return if broken... help.... thank you..

just got this and was putting it together. Very big! Last thing was to remove the cardboard from the spider which was easy enough to do. Got it plugged in, One of its back legs is broken off from the inside of the body.I examined it and it can't be fixed. I really would return it for an exchange, But they're all sold out. Pretty disappointing for an expensive item. :-( what to do?

It worked fine for 3 days. The spider then got stuck. When I checked it to see what was wrong the little white wheel came off and would not stay on. Great concept but needs improvement.

This would gave been such a wonderful Halloween decoration. It was large and very different than what is usually seen. Unfortunately it was shipped with the back leg of the spider broken and it looked to be just stuck in the body of the spider. After reading the reviews, this was a continuous problem. It was a hassle to take this to UPS for a return.

The concept is good but the manufacturing is not the best.

Sent spider with broken back legs, no way to repair. This seems like a common problem per the reviews.

Looked great on air, arrived with the spider broken, his leg was dragging and getting caught. Could not exchange because it was sold out. Hung it up for Halloween and now the spider wont stay on!

The box wasnt damaged I took it out put it together and it worked for maybe half hour checked it leg seemed wobbly looked at it it was from inside so no movement just lit up so disappointing of course as usual I threw out the box so I am stuck with it and apparently I am not the only one stuck with this broke pricey thing

Very cute. HOWEVER, it's back leg was broken off. Not going to exchange it, since the whole thing is cheaply made plastic. Definitely NOT worth the money. Wish I would've read the reviews 1st. LOTS of broken off legs.

This item arrived, we put it together and what do ya know? It was broke!!! The spider would not move because of a short! I wonder if I am the only one who ended up with this problem...We were so excited for this to work! Thanks for nothing HSN!

After spending 2 hours applying 31 zip ties (60+ included) plugged this in AND just like the previous review the spiders back leg is broken off from inside his body. Unrepairable. What a mess this is going to be returning.
