Lasko Pedestal Heater with Remote Control

I am a big fan of Lasko products. That is what made me surprised with this situation.The unit was cutting off in the middle of heating. Not sure if it is the unit or remote. But I was not asking it to turn off on the remote. A freak accident maybe?To my disappointment I will send it back.
