They work as described. Easy to operate. Had no trouble inserting batteries. Not 5 stars because units hold very little salt or pepper. Of course, they are described as "mini," so I guess that's fair enough. Good value.

Love these little gadgets. My hubby usually scoffs and some of my purchases, but he really liked these. They are light, reliable, easy to use and look nice. Only negative is the small cups that hold the salt and pepper have to be filled more frequently.
