I bought 2 the green adventure & the citrine. They both have blobs of thick white glue sticking to the branches and Im not a big fan of the base. However I have them on a high shelf where you cant see the white glue blobs. Displayed this way the citrine sparkles in the sun

shipping container was damaged; there is a 2 inch hole on side exposing the inner presentation box which was also damaged; the shipping label was attached to the bottom of the shipping carton instead of the top and was shipped upside down; I received email from customer service right after delivery informing me that return shipping fees would be waived if there is a problem; apparently this is an issue with many customers; I ordered the tree in green gemstone which is beautiful

I received the tree ordered Citirine the stones are beautiful my problem is the glue that is clumped on the branches for the price this should not be showing. I gave 3 stars for the stones.

I recvd. the multicolor. It came in a great presentation box, packed beautifully & safely. My joy ended when I took it out of the box & started manipulating the stems. Some had huge amounts of visible glue, bare stems & wires exposed. I loved the idea, look & meaning of the stones but this item was not quality craftsmanship. I would have paid even more for a quality showpiece. I tried liking it but it never gave me peace or joy. I am returning today.
