JBU Aubrey Casual Step-In Loafer

I have several pairs of JBs and I had to send these right back. I even ordered up a size and still way too small. What a pain to rebox, fill out form, rewrap, tape, and drive to the post office. Just give us the heads up with sizing. Wont buy this brand on line again.

The size 10 I bought fits like a size 9. The sizing is totally wrong. I do not wear a size 10.5 or 11. The shipping also took 2 weeks longer than stated, so I didnt get to bring theses on my vacation. Very bummed, will not order from HSN again.

Runs small. Threw shipping away before I tried on. Gave away.

Nice looking slipper but runs small. I typically wear an 8. I ordered an 8 1/2. My toes touch the tip of slipper. I should have got a 9. Also there is no arch support. I will have to buy a special support to put in my slipper.

My shoe size is a size 10, So I ordered a 10, Too small. Then I ordered a size 11 still too small. Why can't this company get it right.

either the manufacturer mislabled the shoe size or they were sizing for a Barbie Doll. the shoes didn't even come close to being the correct labeled size. they were given as a gift. but the recipient was graceful about the problem. but it left me without a gift as these will be immediately returned as defective

These are way too small even after sizing up and there is a very annoying tag sewn into the heel part of the shoe that is very uncomfortable on the heel of your foot. Back they go!!!

I was looking forward to getting these ,I ordered my correct size 6 1/2 ,these are more of a size 6 .I've been a perfect size 6 1/2 since I was 21 years old. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone they are sized wrong .they are going back.
