Jay King Malachite, Lapis and Garnet Bead 18" Woven Necklace

Opened the box. Gasped. Stared at the nighttime sparkle. Some necklaces are so simple, just throw on and go. This, however, was woven in a straight line, so needs a little squish at the collar bone to settle around your curves. Designer is a genius. Weavers incredibly talented to keep the tension steady start to finish. Astonishing work of art.

The necklace is absolutely beautiful. The beads are tiny, precisely, and uniformly sized. It is perfect for everything you want to wear with my car holiday top is a Forrest green mock turtleneck. It looks beautiful on it. Regardless of what I wear with its always breathtaking. I was very lucky to have been able to get it before HSN out of it. Ive learned from this experience whenever I see something I like, to rush to buy it because we have three days within which to return it merry Christmas

Very happy with both necklace and earrings. They sparkle galore and all are deep rich colored gemstones. The design is fantastic too. So glad I purchased both! My necklace lays flat with no problems. As long as you put the flat side down as it is supposed to be. Look forward to future gemstones in this design! I have so many pieces of Jay's and I do gravitate to the Gallery collections. I own many Jay King pieces, and this is so unique. Gorgeous, sparkly, comfortable. I read the other reviews, and for those who said it didn't lay flat on the neck, bend it the other way. It is made to lay in one direction only - magic! Love this color combination with the rarity of lapis and malachite. Keeper!

I was so surprised when i pulled this necklace from its bag. It has deminsion (built up in the middle row and lays so nicely on my neck. The sparkle is beautiful, flashes like diamonds. The sparkle and the colors will make it a wonderful piece to wear for the holidays and year long. I have many woven and beaded pieces from around the world. This is the first with semi precious faceted stones. Did I say i love the sparkle!

When i saw this necklace, i know i have to have it.I got the bracelet and earrings to complete the set. The necklace fits like a choker, or to wear up; so it shows the beauty of how it is to be worn. This is perfect to wear with my DG2; 841-325, 838-356, 841-939, 825-197. The garnet and lapis brings out the green for a STUNNING look. This is a winner. Its Glows Beautiful under soft lights. I could not wait to get this necklace but found it to be smaller than showed on t.v. & mine does not shine or have the bright colors of the stones as was the sample they showed life. I tried it on & it did not want to stay flat but turned over to the flat side. Not sure if I will keep or return or try to reorder as I have done in the past if the product I receive is poorer than what was displayed. For reordering i have had a 50% chance of getting a better piece. Better quality control?

I purchased this to wear with a couple suits. I was very happy I received it so quickly. But, my excitement immediately turned to disappointment. Many of the beads were cloudy and dull in color. The green malachite didn't look green at all and many beads were poorly faceted with unpolished white edges on them. The colors of all the beads were very dark and muted. It surely wasn't as pretty as shown on TV. The necklace, along with the matching earrings were returned the next day.

bought the 3 piece set. bracelet fell apart first i tried to wear it. sent it all back

This is to long doesnt lay on neck beautiful just Ill fitting going back

I was looking forward to receive this but was very disappointed when I tired it on. The piece is very scratchy and does not lay flat on your neck. Will send back today.
