Janome HD3000 Black Edition 18-Stitch Sewing Machine

It was just what I was looking for very durable and goes through two or three layers of webbing.

I purchased this machine to sew on leather. It goes through four layers of upholstery leather, no problem. This is a mechanical machine so don't expect some of the bells and whistles you get on a computerized machine such as "needle up" and an automatic thread cutter. I am an experienced sewist and this machine has not disappointed. The ability to adjust the presser foot pressure, 7 feed dogs, manual thread cutter and decorative stitches, make this machine a winner no matter what you sew.

This sewing machine is very powerful. I make bags which have many layers and this machine sews through them with no trouble.

By far one if my best investments, love everything about this machine
