Would not answer my phone

I bought several watches from H.S.N they all went back the either (I had too pay Shipping n Handling Back) didn't work as descried!! or junk !!! they all look Beautiful But !!! JUNK Beware

Very nice looking but it does not function well at all, and the app is not very user friendly either. The steps were not tracking accurately, and I do not like the idea that I have to pay to have additional features on the watch including a new dial on the face.

.It looks good, but No operating instructions..Short battery life.Waste of money.

It works good with keeping steps. The app is not really good for functionality. The battery life is poor. Keeps time ok. The blood pressure function is not accurate at all nor the heart rate function. This is not a good smart watch

Does keep time! Not easy to navigate the settings. Not reliable.

If I could give this a zero I would..going to return it, cant even set the time, stuck on December 24, 2019..sad they will probably charge a restocking fee..their products like this need to be tested better before they air

This watch has insufficient instructions and when you go to the app (Warning: the app will cost you $5 per month) the operating instructions are not there either.I bought a tablet last year with similar problems (and am no novice with electronics) and could not figure out how the heck to get online. Did not get my money back so I'm sending the watch back before that happens again. Will be very cautious before ordering electronics from HSN!

I usually never wright reviews. I purchased this watch on 3/21/22 because I trust the products that HSN reviews and I can usually consider them to be of quality but not this time. This watch was difficult to set up and connect through the app and I am a pretty technical person. As of two weeks ago it will not come on even though it is charged the green lights flash on the back but the screen will not light up and it is past the warranty, what a waste of money.

Sent back one the second one stop working after 3 days dont waste your time come on HSN u need to vet your product better

Very Disappointed in HSN This watch is garbage ! App is horrible does not let you register or setup, watch flashes on off complete garbage I am now re thinking on buying anything further from HSN. Everything I buy I have to return ( ( Made in communist China ))
