Improvements Heavy Duty Home and Yard Bags - 2-pack

I ordered these bags for yard leaves and such. I assumed these blue bags were just as good as the green bags I had previously purchased. They definitely are not. Tear easily and big holes appeared just from routine yard cleanup. Very disappointing

I am a very experienced gardener, and thought these bags would come in handy, considering the amount of work I put into my yard.I bought the bags 5 months ago, and only used them to transport shredded cedar mulch--not heavy, not 'pokey', no rocks, etc. I took very good care of the bags.Today I loaded the bag about half full with mulch--weighed about 30 lbs. I picked it up by the handles, and the the entire top seam ripped clean away from the bag. Totally useless bag now. Never again.

Not pleased with bags. Cannot return without paying $20. Shame on you HSN for dealing with this kind of vendor. Very unhappy.

I actually like the bags, but they are not what was advertised, they were depicted as rugged & strong, you could pull, drag across the lawn, pavement etc. Istarted using them a few mos. ago and in pulling them across the garage floor they DEVELOPED HOLES in the bottom of the bag. If that were reinforced, they would be good.

Got one sent it back then they sent me two more! Did not order. The first one cost almost $20 to return. Totally disgusted

Cheap. Dont bother. Hole in the bittom after 2 uses.

Would not use to do the smell, everything you in or by will smell like the bags.

I ordered some of these last year and thought maybe they had improved them. I put grass in them and drag them across my yard, 1/2 acre, all grass. Last years bags had lots of mini holes in the bottom and have used this years order 3 times and have the same mini holes, plus, the handles are fraying everywhere. Why can't you people at least let people know instead of saying they won't get holes in them. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING! Won't order again.

I rec'd today, opened package and water came flowing out over me and the carpet. There was a hole in HSN package and it appears they dumped the package in a pool. Opened the next pkg and the bags were all wet inside and out. Called HSN and they are going to re-ship. But bags and have a very STRONG smell so ended up canceling the 2nd free replacement. So 4 star for HSN (need to do a better job on packaging) and 1 star for the bags. Took me over an hour to get the carpet clean....boo.

Not really conducive for home items storage. Had to return and when calling customer service, I found out that this vendor does not participate in HSNs easy return option so, as a result, it cost me $28.37 at UPS to ship these items back. Being a loyal HSN customer this experience was rather disappointing.

Bags sides collapse unless bags are full. Would of returned them but there is no prepaid return label. They have a very strong smell so not good for storing beach towels, which is what I was going to use them for and storing out door cushions! Very disappointed!

Just recieved the bags , used them for 2 hours in the yard and 1 bags strap shedded . The strap came off the bag - very poor quality. Whats going on , prices go up and the quality goes way down . I get so disgusted with mail order . No more !

Although they seem to be well-made, the items do not perform as advertised. Bag does not stay open by itself whether on side or upright, which by the way, they don't want to do either. Waste of money. Immediately returned.
