This was my first HP laptop, I had been using apple iPad, mac pro book and other apple products for a very long time. The reason that I've purchase this HP was because of the size 17.3. I got the teal color and so far, I was impressed on the design and how fast the connection. I love the resolution, very crisp and the software was easy to install. And the most important part was the price point, it was a very good deal. So far, so good. It has met my expectation.

This is the first laptop that I own, and I love it. I appreciated how easy it was to set up and look forward to using it for years.

I bought this for my cousin and she absolutely loves it. HP has been my go to for pc's for years this will not disappoint.

This was my third purchase of this laptop in the last few years. I love the larger screen and the fact that Office was included and even a wireless mouse this last time.

Beautiful color!!! Gorgeous! But hard to boot up and start. No directions included. Haven't gotten it started yet!

Compared to my older desktop PC, this is very fast! Only web surfing for now. I haven't loaded it with a lot of my programs yet due to having a hard time getting registered for protection and smart friend with HP. 404 error message on the HP "Terms" page. HP customer service is very courteous. Hope this will resolve quickly.

I ordered the teal and it is beautiful. I am giving my review although this is my first day using it. It did drop the internet a few times when I was setting it up but seems fine now. My only complaint is that it did not come with any literature on the unit. I loved some of the features they mentioned in the presentation but without any literature I am unable to know what all the features are or how to use them.

This is a really beautiful laptop. Pretty much satisfied with this unit. The only problem is I have trouble staying connected to the internet. I think it may be just a setting problem (reason for the 4 stars). I've only had it about a month and so far this is the only problem I have. I'm not really computer savvy. All in all, I think it's a great system. I got the teal color; simply beautiful!

Returning I dont know if its me but the battery does not last long at all my old dusty Lenova last longer than this one returning for another hp I just got my son a month back if that one is the same on to something else other then that laptop beautiful .

Trying to find vipre anti-virus, with the USB stick. Ordered two items and had to return both.

Purchased 2 of these laptops, teal & blue. So far so good with them. My problem is trying to register HP Accidental Damage Protection(1yr.) & HP Smart Friend Complete(2yr) that came with laptops. Tried to send on-line ,nope. I have been calling Hp since 8/1/24 & it is 8/15/24. I either get put to the wrong dept. or I get hung up on. All they say is it is in process & will get e-mail conf. Still waiting, waiting. HP Customer S. Sucks. Wish I could speak to Aaron Berger. Total Nightmare.
