  • Good basic computer, (00Buck MI)

My wife uses it to surf the web, e-mails, etc. With 4 meg RAM and a Celeron processor, it's not designed for heavy duty computing, but for day to day tasks, it works great. Well worth the price.

  • Convenient!, (Creampuff123 NC)

Making my life easier but can't get the printer to connect. Website doesn't have the Series 6400! Customer Service and video are not helpfull!

  • Sweetie, (SweetieMae OH)

I got this laptop for my niece, to me it is a pretty pink Laptop. My niece wanted something bigger and she wanted to keep Microsoft Word more then just one year, she needs a touch screen. HP has excellent laptops but my niece is looking for something more. I will continue to shop at HSN.

  • Low, (1234548 MS)

For the price I feel it is not a real good deal because 1:there is no cd drive . 2: The battery is running down while not in use. 3:The idea that you get 365 and find out it is only for a trial period is misleading. I will be sure and do more research in the future.

  • Do NOT get this for real computing., (TabletGuy76 MO)

Arrived quick enough.Booted up, gave way too much info to Microsoft and finally got into the PC. Only a 60GB hard drive. Half of it is already gone with the OS. This is strictly a surfing PC, nothing more. I'm betting within a year or less I'll be out of storage. No pics or vids on this.Waste of money, next time I need to pay attention better, would have never thought anyone is putting out storage this small any longer considering I purchased a 250GB external drive for $20 elsewhere.
