  • Loving Needle Tatting, (nit2winit1 TN)

The instructions were very clear and the pictures very easy to learn. I was tatting in about an hour. I had tried the shuttle and was unable to get the concept. With the needle it was so much easier. Thank you.

  • Easy as can be., (LilyM1945 DE)

I did a little tatting when I was younger and had forgotten so much that I knew this book would help me remember the few steps it would take to get started. Thank you for making it so simple. The variety of needles was a good thing it helped me to work and actually seeing where my mistakes were. All in all, this is a perfect book for beginners or like me, just needing a little warm up! :)

Absolutley a wonderful kit and a "how to project". Immediate gratification and to be successful in making the tat the very first time. What wonders we can achieve. You won't be disappointed in this kit.

Step by step makes it so easy to start tatting. Clear pics. Was making tatting chains in no time. Still need lots of practice, but sure I'll be good at it in no time with this book.

  • Great buy, but, (bumpkinpm OR)

There is an extra tatting needle in the set, and a threader, and the book, and I am well-pleased with the set, but the book itself? - I sat here and learned to needle tat last night. I fully recommend you read ALL the way through each exercise, BEFORE attempting it, however, because as an accomplished shuttle-tatter, I found the instructions themselves to be a bit wanting... For example, the author doesn't tell you until the END of the exercise that one absolutely MUST cut the thread away from the ball of thread in order to do rings and spaces. So, it took me about an extra hour of my precious time to try to figure out where SHE went wrong because in the beginning it suggested to cut the string from the ball, but did not explain one cant form a ring without doing that, and did not show how to form a ring if one doesn't use a cut thread, which can be done. IN fact, I created a way, trying to accomplish what she failed to share initially. Not great writing. Cute patterns though, a
