    Did not like the coffee taste so went back to my old coffee maker guess I will have to keep it as there were no return label enclosef

    I cannot give this product a high rating as the very first time using it with a brand new Keurig/Green Mountain coffee pod. it blewgrounds everywhere. I am quite familiar with K Cup coffee makers. Needle and tubes were not pluggedbrand new out of the box. Stored!

    I received this and followed the directions to set it up and to make coffee. After several attempts I put it back in the box and out in the garage. It will NOT brew a HOT/warm cup of coffee. Yes it brews but only cold coffee. No matter if I use the pod or coffee setup.

    Ordered two of these for my coffee/hot cocoa bar. They are such a let down. Only holds water for one cup. Ive had other coffee makers for Kcups, and you could at least fill up reservoir for three cups. This was an inconvenience and bother. And theres no return label so I am stuck with these $70.00 machines I cant use.

  • Big mistake purchasing this product, (jana2484 FL)

    I bought the Flexbrew in December from HSN and haven't been able make coffee in the last month. I've cleaned the needle and flush with vinegar with no change. I have tried both application the pods and self fill with nothing other than slightly colored water. Very disappointed with the product. I tried calling the 800-851-8900 and was met with a message that no calls excepted due to Covid, REALLY. Unless there is a satisfactory resolution or replaced the reviews won't worthy of your products
