You need this if you dont eat enought fruit, like me. Just take one capsule a day; you are getting the nutrients that you would get from eating fruit. Makes me feel like I am helping my health to be better.

I bought this along with the veggie variety for those in the family that do not eat a variety of them. It is a wise choice for them! I personally eat a wide variety of fruits and veggies and bought it for family members that do not. With the monthly special and bundle discount I felt it was worth it.

I purchased the 30 count for travel purposes. I carry an extra DOP bag with my small jars of Lessman products . I'm border line diabetic and can't eat fresh fruits " even though I'd love to" my glucose spikes , I can't even have a smoothie.I know with these, I'm getting the benefits that I need and feel the difference when I don't take them.I'm hoping for a sale on several of his antioxidant's in larger sizes so that I may stock up.I don't mind paying a little more,it's my health.

Before starting this product many years ago, I always got sick with bronchitis or a cold during winter months. I now take from October thru March each year. No respiratory problems. It works.
