    I could not get this to work on my computers, even with the help from FixMeStick tects. I have sent it back to HSN.

  • Huge Disappointment, (anniereader CA)

    I had nothing but trouble. trying to use this devise. Although it seemed to be working when I first plugged it in, my screen froze completely after approximately two hours of "work." I called the help line, which was even worse. The phone number does NOT connect with the Fixit business. Instead, it gave a recorded message about lowering my energy bill. I had to call a friend who was able to access their computer to advise me on the safe way to remove this thing from mine. Terrible product.

    Was disappointed. We had purchased "fixme stick" products before and they did work on MAC computers. This one does NOT work on MACs. The description and the features and specifications doesn't mention it either. Returned this product.

  • Don't waste your money, (superjim OK)

    Bought the prior version from HSN which was supposed to be a "lifetime" license for 3 PCs. It quit 4+ years ago and I tried everything to get it to work. Customer service for FMS was worthless. Bought this one and it "revived" or updated the old version and now the old version works fine. I would like to return this one but cannot figure out how to delete any personal information from backup. Contacted FMS support but no reply so far. Very disappointed.

  • Do Not Buy or Use, (TwoDogs21 AZ)

    I'm computer savvy. My Gateway Windows 11 never got past the FixMeStick logo screen after 12 reboots. And, my Windows Defender boot scan no longer works (Quick Scan does). To top it off, HSN wants ME to pay the return shipping. Stay far away from this product.
