FitQuest 2-in-1 Elliptical Stepper

Thought this would be a great addition to home fitness but machine stresses the knees and can't stay on it very long in forward motion standing. Shoes tend to slide forward while using it so had to find certain shoe to keep on foot peddle. Backward motion easier in seated position. Keeping it, but did not meet my expectations, plus had to assemble it so who wants to disassemble to repackage and mail back...not me.

For the price, it's an okay piece of exercise equipment. I've only had it for almost 2 months and I already had to replace both wheels. One wheel was wearing unevenly and the other wheel's bearings deteriorated. Definitely not for heavy duty use. Luckily, replacement wheels are cheap for a set of eight.

I don't recommend this product. It toppled over with me every time I tried to use it. I will sending it back.

Very important carriage bolt missing. Horrible directions. called company and got a run around for part. i would not recomend this to anyone.

Received product & assembled only to find one locking bolt missing. Instructions also incorrect - checklist states one locking bolt included, however you need one for seat & one for handlebars per photo. Getting run around with company to either receive part or replacement. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Equipment is very flimsy. When you stand to use it can easily top over. I would like to return it but is too much trouble to disassemble and box up.

Worst piece of equipment I ever bought. So disappointed in the quality of the machine, instructions, wrong color delivered. I can go on and on. If I had the time to pull it apart to return I would. That not easy either. I will not ever order equipment from Hsn again. Never been so angry and disappointed in a purchase I made.
