The most incredible triple chocolate cookie I have ever eaten; so great that I don't need to make them myself. There are so many pieces and chunks of chocolate that I literally pick them off and eat them before baking them; and I can do so, because there are just as many mixed in the dough itself so the cookies are still awesome! Emeril, please consider expanding the flavors by making oatmeal with cranberries, raisins, nuts and/or butterscotch chips.

Rich, big and gooey, everything a cookie should be, on auto delivery, i bake one cookie in toaster oven and it is so satisfying that is all I need, Very pleased with product as well as packaging, Smiley Face!

I have ordered these cookies several times, and they are delicious.

I can't believe people are writing reviews about delivery and cooking directions?? Really? Get a life and read the directions..they are there and anyway it's a cookie! How hard can it be to figure it out? Please tell people about the cookie...which is wonderful, not your gripes!

Ordered all 3 flavors and they are amazing!! BEST Peanut Butter cookies I have ever had. Large size or cut into 4's as Emeril suggests, everyone loves these cookies. FYI: Cooking instructions are on the LABEL that includes the ingredients. The instructions are at the bottom: 325 for 16- 18 minutes. THRILLED I have them on autoship!!!!

I bought these cookies and they are big and good but I wouldn't pay $60 for them again. They had the extra chocolate chips on them but it didn't make the cookie any different from any other baked chocolate chip cookie in taste to me.

Why would you sell an item that requires baking and there is not a time or temperature anywhere on the package?

I received my order today and planned on breaking them up and splitting them up between my granddaughters. The only problem is there is no cooking instructions on the time and temperature. They are too expensive to just try hitting and miss. Ill try calling customer service, but Im sure they will have no idea on the other hand. The cookie are huge. They came frozen. They look delicious.. peanut butter have huge chucks of Reeses pieces.

My order came today and it was a complete mess , thawed out and all one big clump of cookie dough with chocolate melted everywhere. Im calling CS in the morning for a return

These cookies are big but weird taste no one ate them will never order again.

The first order arrived completely thawed and unusable. HSN sent a replacement which arrived thawed and incorrect. I was not shipped the combo replacement that I ordered. I was sent two boxes of salted caramel (12 cookies instead of 18). So disappointed
