Received my first purchase 10/13/22. The box it was shipped in showed no signs of damage. However, after opening the box the slow cooker had huge dents. I could actually see the wiring in the bottom. Unfortunately I have to return purchase for a full refund. This is a huge inconvenience its very heavy, and I really wanted the purchase. Will never order from HSN again.
