I go between 6.5 and 7, sometimes W depending on brand. In this I ordered 7M. Fit is perfect. Got the blue. It's a lovely bright navy (not royal) with med blue accents. My foot fits firmly in the shoe and heel cup, no slipping or flopping. Like a sneaker but its a slip on. Super comfortable, great sole... I could wear it all day on my feet, which is really tough for me w bad knee. I wish I had bought more,

I love Easy Spirit and I always know that I will have comfort in every shoe I buy. This style has a plus - I love the "mule" style as my heel is small and shoes tend to rub up and down. Making the heel lower is what I needed.

Purchased size 9.5 in the red color and love them. Lightweight and comfortable. They fit my feet perfectly. I have wide flat feet but the regular width fit just fine. I also have chronic bilateral plantar fasciitis and these keep me walking longer without my usual pain. Went to buy another pair and they were sold out.
