easy spirit Grae2 Slip-On Athleisure Shoe

I liked this shoe, but it rum small

I order these in a size seven I received a 9 1/2 I returned them on June 12 I got an email that they are packing my order for the size 7 I haven't received an email to say they received my return and no refund wth is going on

Have been wearing Size 7 M all my life; for some reason since the Pandemic started, all the Name Brand shoes that used to fit, no longer do. I Know it's not me so it must be the type of shoe or the Quality Control problems here at HSN. Maybe I just need to go to a shoe store, period? What a hassle! Have sent so many shoes back to HSN, it's getting ridiculous. Considered exchanging it, but it's coming home to Florida again. Frankly, would like a Leather vs a Knit/Mesh Sneaker-hard to find!

I received theses wrong size inside said 8, on bottom had 9. Called HSN said they put me down for a refund. Sent them USPS shows picked up and processed June 16. by agent. Waiting for a full refund since it was not my fault. Could not even get them on.

Being that my dorsal is too high, tying shoelaces would give me a better fit. I actually cannot understand why so many shoes are made lace-up.

Too loose/wide especially in heel. And the soles were too slippery
