DG2 by Diane Gilman Stretch Velvet Blazer

My mom had a velvet blazer and it was her go to to dress up. I remember how great she look in it and how versatile this blazer was for her. My mom didnt have a lot of clothes. Back in the day we didnt have that fast disposable fashion. You purchased items that would be well made and versatile. This is that blazer!! I purchased the matching pants. I wore this for Christmas Day dinner at my in-laws and I received so many complaints from 80 year old to a 15 year old.

I bought the jacket in three colors the pants to match the jackets. I love the suit I bought a large two colors and I bought a medium because its all the hat left in the green fit perfect. Pants in a size 10 I couldve gotten an eight and Im 5 foot 5 3/4 the pants are long but I wear 2 inch heels and I just pull them all the way up lots of stretch if you gain weight lose weight, they will work the color are vibrant and beautiful, buy your size. I should have sized down one 8- med.

I now own three of the blazers and pants. Fits like a dream, great weight, made well. Love to wear suited as well as putting on blazer with jeans. Matcha color is to die for!

I love the vibrant purple. The velvet fabric is nice and soft. It fits nicely, I have an extra large. I weigh 220lbs.

I bought a small in this blazer but needed to size down to xs. I'm a petite size 10 normally but the small was a tad large on me in the shoulders and of course I'll have to hem the sleeves about an inch. I bought all the colors and love them. The matching petite size pants are all too long and it'll be expensive to have them hemmed also so I'll be returning. The jacket and pants are VERY pretty, though! Love them. Material is so soft!

Other brands, take note.This blazer fits so well. I received compliments everywhere I go. I love it and want every color- go job HSN :-)

The royal purple color is beautiful!I wasnt sure what size to order since I have an athletic physique. I ordered the blazer in a medium and small since my arm are larger.Im 54 with a 34 chest and the S fit beautifully throughout. I will have it tailored in the waist for a slimmer fit.Im looking forward to wearing it in the future!I highly recommend this blazer and matching pants. *Please restock the small matcha blazer

I am sorry so many ladies didn't like this. I love love love it. I have the pants as well. The purple is literally one of the most beautiful shades of purple I have ever seen in clothing. I wear a 12/14 in her jeans. I went with a 14. Seemed a little snug in the booty, but it loosened up. The outfit together is fierce. I am a teacher and received over 25 compliments today...literally.

These jackets are gorgeous. I ordered the purple & green and the colors are magnificent! Not too much stretch, great fit. Did not disappoint.

I ordered two because you don't seem to find the longer blazers anymore. Nice quality fabric and a good fit in the plus size. Purchased both the purple and black and am very satisfied with both.

Bought 2 of these and 3 pair of matching pants. Love love love, I love the fit, and the style. Its not too heavy so its a great jblazer with a blouse, mock neck or sweater. If its DG2 and its a blazer, Im in. 51 145 ordered the small and its a great fit. Rolled the sleeves or not. Button on unbutton, Gorgeous

I love my new velvet blazer. It can be dressy, or it looks great with jeans, I wear it with my velvet pants that I ordered to match. It looks expensive but wasnt.

I wore the blazer and matching pull on pants for the first time and got tons of compliments. The fit is perfect on me. Nice stretch. I chose green. So pretty! Comfortable and warm but not heavy. I wore it inside all day.
