Denise Austin Home Fitness Trampoline 125

I am a 72 year old woman and not a fan of exercising. Since I retired I wanted to keep moving and decided a trampoline would be a fun way to exercise. I like the bars around me. I feel safe and secure on it. The flex pay made it possible to purchase the trampoline. I got into a routine and don't sit around much anymore.

Not sure why this has such a low rating 3.2???? Yes it can be tedious to get the bungee cords on as you have to go 1 each direction. I basically put this together myself. This is worth way more that $150! This should be rated on if its a good product or not! Ive only been using it 2 days and can tell a difference In my stomach. I feel so more secure knowing I'm not going to flip. The rebounder stays put. The time goes by and you get a great bounce depending on how high or low you want to go.

Saw this months ago and waited for it to come back and then for price to go down a little. Ordered it and finally got it put together - just take your time and watch the video on YouTube. This is so fun and sturdy! It does take up some space, but I was able to put it in my exercise area and looking forward to using it regularly.

Help. I ordered this denise Austin trampoline. Back in Sept. Had a bad car accident. I'm set up the trampoline now. I can't find the dvds that were to come with the trampoline. How do I get the DVD that come with this trampoline.Thank you

I purchased this when Denise and the host mentioned it was good for balance. I'm 74 and my balance is not good. After the purchase I thought to mention it to my chiropractor he thought it was a great idea especially with the heavy duty support bars and a good way to help improve my balance and stamina. Thanks for the sturdy support bars. I need them!!!

Love love love it! Instructions not that clear when it comes to putting on the bungee. Very difficult unless you watch a jumpsport YouTube video explaining how. Not the video for this one it's poorly done. Very sturdy. Love the placements of bars. Like no other. If you can get past difficulty of putting on bungee it's absolutely wonderful. But once you get it it goes fast. I own another bellicon which I love but love the bars on this. Bungee a bit hard but hopefully will soften. Great price.

This item is sturdy and stable . The handrails on each side and the one in the front , are perfect for me . I only wish it folded in order for me to use it in different places , especially outside , whenever the weather is nice out , but Oh well.. I still like it. The bungees, so far , have made it quiet for me while Im using it.

I put most it together by myself I need help so my son in law finished putting the last few Bungee cords, in for me it that hard to do just needed strength to pull and the last few cords I like it Im glad I got it love it glad I order it

Finally a delivery. E trampoline made to my needs. However, frame snaps easy-assembly easier option for loops. Look at illustration and string one cord as the illustration shows, then remove pad to a flat location and lay down upside down and pre-string all the loops as the first one. Flip assembled frame over on its side mount to frame one loop every 8 loose loops making sure that your count has 8 between the legs. Rotate frame slowly between mounts per side. Quick delvery. Love it!! Easy jump

I'm 67 yo and am loving bouncing on this rebounder My 67 yo husband & 39 yo son put it together in an hour easily It's solid, NO NOISE because it uses strong elastics, not springs Even just bouncing without taking your feet off the mat you can feel you're exercising, but I jumped high a few times too. The hands on 3 sides are great to hold on to if you feel the need or to feel safe. I bought this after hearing Barbara O'Neil talk about the benefits to your lymphatic system. I can FEEL it!

Absolutely love this. I am not someone who enjoys exercise. I have always struggled with this. I am 65 years old, and have finally found some thing I will actually use. This product is very well-made.

Husband put together with ring part upside down ..Ugg..if i didnt want the counter thing counting your jumps would have been ok..but I wanted it..if did again Id say leave it..because..I didnt see how he put those straps on..jeez..but look at that video it does show how it works. Im a strong 68 year old. I could do it but kind of tricky once you get it down and can pull those opposite ones it does get easier..very tight..it actually is a great concept..very sturdy when doneI love it.fun!

Sturdy, quiet, and easy to use. Handles are great for stability of senior citizen. It took 2 hours and 2 people to put together, but worth the effort. Denise Austin said she had a 12 minute video with it, but there wasn't one. I guess I can live without it though.

Skeptical upon receipt. Read negative reviews and allowed those reviews to question my judgement. Frustrated w/assembly; NO YouTube videos for assembly of this unit (125). Nephew studied the parts & instructions. Had it together w/in two hrs; bungee cords hard to stretch. Turned on videos, got on, followed workouts (1:15-2am).LOVE it! 70yr old, 230lbs, hospitalized & SNF during 2023. Replaced knee, the other one bone-to-bone, CHF, diabetes 2, & a host of other ailments. I'm ok & eager.
