Curtis Stone 9" Cast Aluminum Pie Dish

Very versatile pan. Easy to clean. Great size. Wonderful product!

I have alot of Curtis Stone products and it doesn't stickincluding this pie pan. Been using his product for years.

Bought the red and its a pretty neutral red, not bold or bright. And it fits perfectly in a KitchenAid countertop oven. Looks so cute sitting inside on the rack bc you can see the pop of color. Wow, its non-stick bottom is the best. I think better than A. Curry pans. Not super lightweight but not too heavy if dealing with those issues, way lighter than typical cast iron. Handles might be too short for CS silicone grips Lovely recipes w pics inside manual. Perfect to heat up small meals.

Opened the box to see a red spot on side of the stone grey pie plate tried to wipe it to see that it was actually the grey paint peeling off to see red coming through. Seems like it was a red pan and painted over grey. Nice pie plate but sent immediately back . Have to wonder how cooking with this would last before paint would be off. Not reordering.
