The Cuisinart contact Griddler is superb. I have used it to make bacon, grilled hot dogs, peppers onions and sausage, and it operated fabulously. There is somewhat of a learning curve for the digital computer, don't overthink it. Well worth the money. Can't wait for football season, will be awesome for appetizers!
