Cuisinart 1-Pint Ice Cream Maker

Granted, after keeping the bowl in the freezer and the mixed milk/cream in the refrigerator overnight or longer, the result is very cold with slight slushy bits. It never gets to soft serve consistency. When frozen for a few hours, it gets too hard to scoop.Returned the 3 I bought for Christmas gifts.

Sent them back based on the terrible reviews. Too many of them.

After an hour it was soup! Returning!

I am disappointed because there was not a manual with the recipes as promised. They wanted me to send back the maker which is required. So for right now until I can get recipes, it's sitting in the cabinet.

WHERE IS THE 14 RECIPE BOOK THAT STATES IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT.....IM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH CUISINART...THEY USUALLY MAKE VERY GOOD APPLIANCES BUT THEY MISSED SOMETHING WHEN MAKING THIS ICE CREAM MAKER....SMH

Tried to make this work the lid would not lock . Very disappointing

I was excited to make ice cream with my grandkids, but it didnt work. We followed the instructions and repeated it and still no soft serve just running. Returning it and very disappointed.

The product didnt work. The lid shifts and wont stay locked in place. So disappointed because Cuisinart is a great brandthis item, however, is not. I returned it.

First time it froze to soft serve so I refrigerator the bowl with same mix but it never got frozen stayed like soup,tried again still didn't freeze I'm so disappointed was really excited about making ice cream

It would be nice to have some recipes to be able to use this machine. All you have is one little recipe on the back of a piece of paper? Seriously?

The recipe book is missing. Not sure I'm keeping it.

I received my ice cream machine today, and was so excited to try it;however the recipe book stated in the description is not included.
