I dont always eat like I should, so I feel a little less guilty when I supplement w/ the vitamins as well as take these little powerhouse capsules!

This is only one of many of Andrew's vitamins I take, I do not like green vegetables so use these as a supplement.

I have to admit that I don't eat enough vegetables in my diet. Have been taking this product for about a year and feel less guilty now! I know it doesn't replace the real thing, but at least I am getting some of the important benefits of them, minus the fiber.
