Cool Living 10K BTU 4-in-1 450 Sq. Ft. Smart Portable Air Conditioner

I bought it in 2023. I used it last year for 5 months and 2 months this year. It is now broken. It was much more noisy than described on tv. It did cool well and I liked the dehumidifier. I live in Central PA. The unit required several large buckets to be emptied daily. I am hoping to get it serviced....but it is a lot of money for something that only worked for 7 months

I never leave reviews, but this one is warranted. I purchased this unit less than 1 year ago & it didnt really work well during the hot Texas summer days, but you could keep cool by sitting directly in front of it, & it would get cold at night. Because it worked well at night, I figured the Texas heat was over working the unit in my small room. Now the unit doesnt cool at all regardless of what time of day/night it is. DO NOT PURCHASE, but if you do, get the protection plan too!!!!!!

I used it no more than four times and it stopped working. It was past the return time period. I foolishly assumed that because I would be using it sparingly, it would not be necessary to by the extended warranty with HSN. I wish I had. Actually I wish ZO had read the reviews! I am not the first one this happened to. I dont recommend this product.

Bought in May specifically for the heating feature. Didn't remove from the box until 2 days ago when my boiler broke and needed heat. Heating instructions are non-existent but it worked fine for most of yesterday and then stopped. Tried again today and found a puddle on my carpet. Water did not come from drainage holes, but the bottom of the machine. KMS service said it needs to be drained --after 1 day in dry winter weather?? Isn't this a fire hazard since the water came from the bottom?

I bought this not even three months ago still have two more payments so what ever you do dont buy this its garbage like I said I still have payment left and now the thing doesnt even work I clean the filters and later that night it went off and now it wont go on it just stopped working what a piece of junk thank you hsn for selling junk

This is an awful portable. First you have to drain this! If you run it in a humid climate (where isn't humid in the summer!) then condensation will build up and you will need to drain with the hose provided. The hosts failed to mention this!!! Also the host stated several times how easy this was to install. IT IS NOT! The connection where it vents out the window is awful and not secure, leaving an opening that is not safe (fumes) or energy efficient.

We received this cool living portable air conditioner and open to find half put together side was broken and missing parts. We sent back today..
