Cool Living 10K BTU 4-in-1 450 Sq. Ft. Smart Portable Air Conditioner

I had purchased 2 other AC units from name brand companies and had awful experiences. Was so undecided about trying again, but the price was worth the attempt.I've had this little unit in my bedroom and it's great. I don't use the WiFi because I don't know how, but manually is easy and this little unit COOLS

I've been using portable air conditioners for 10 years. Cool Living brand will go on and on as long as you clean the filters regularly. Powerful Cooling with this little unit. I've added photos to show how you CAN direct air flow direction from side to side. Tab is under the bottom visor. Where can I add photos?

I purchased one of these units last year. Cools great! No problems with the unit. It doesn't make any more noise than a window unit and I use in a large bedroom. Easy to install. I like it so much, that I purhased another for a sitting area. Will be pleased to see it delivered Monday!

Perfectly fits our needs. Easy to use. Have never had any issues with needing to dump or drain the dehumidified moisture takes care of the exchange itself.

The accessories to this unit were damaged either in packaging or in transit. I have photos but I do not know see an avenue to share them with you.

This unit takes up less space than most portables. Was easy to install. Came with everything for installation. Would have given it 5 stars but the book that came with it does not mention the heat feature on it at all.

It works great

Bought for a bedroom to replace an old window unit. Easy to install, blocked a lot less light than the unit it replaced, and cooled the room well. Used for the season but it's TOO NOISY for a bedroom! Will probably sell, and replace with something else next summer.

This unit does do really well but unlike the DeLonghi this one has to be drained constantly. After about 2 weeks our floor ended up flooded so I drilled a hole in the window fitting to run the drainage hose directly outside. I didnt have much choice.

Have been waiting for item for over 10 days still not delivered. Cant really give a higher rating.

Received the unit today. Installation was a breeze. However when I turned the unit on it made a weird high pitched noise near the bottom. Tried leveling it better( floor is carpet) and it helped some but still comes and goes. Also after operating it for about2 hours the full light came on. Tried draining the bottom opening but no water came out. I guess I will see what happens . As far as cooling it works great.

This is allot louder than they tell you when they present it on TV. Noise is very similar to a standard window unit. Also the exhaust hose part is a pain to keep together, again, not as easy as they tell you on TV. Does blow plenty of cool air.

Bought two of these last year. One didn't work right out of the box (error message), but HSN made it easy to return. Kept the other one & cooled large living room well last summer. It is heavy & awkward to roll on any kind of floor. The exhaust hose can be difficult to keep in place, too - slightest movements can jar it loose. Used it as a heater last week on a cool spring day (Upstate NY - iykyk) & it didn't really do much. Should be a better product all-around for the price. My two cents ...

Just had less than a year, heater doesn't work. Air flow box is small can't adjust levers only go up or down.It would be better if the air flow box was larger and you could adjust levers right or left as well as up and down.

Beyond disappointed and wish that I never purchased this. Device was opened on both sides and I can see the inside of the machine. You can see the four latches on both sides where they should be attached to the machine. Two screws fell from the bottom of the machine / box. Disappointed with HSN that they could only provide me with an email and not a phone number. Must do better when there is a second party seller.
