Clinique Quickliner for Eyes Duo

This quickliner pencil always gives smooth even coverage. The color is amazing. I love that I can order larger quantities here on HSN.

I ordered these with hope that they would be easy to use and have a nice color. The pencil will mark on my hand but does not want to mark on the delicate skin around my eyes. Also, have tried using it twice and now the pencil part will not roll up. It is a total waste of money
