Fan of chef but never used any products of his. I was impressed by the weight and sharpness of knife. Definitely worth the price and will now be forever in my kitchen rotation of knives I use if I need any other knives then this one. A+

I never order cutlery online but took a chance on this and WOW SOO GLAD I DID. The handle is very comfortable. The blade is extremely sharp( be careful). I have used it every day since it arrived.I have a large collection of knifes and I am very surprised how much I am using this knife. I will buy another and hope a collection will become available.

Quality all the way. Great wood handle and slices like a dream. I've used it a lot and I place it back in the Jet Tila box after I wash and dry it. Love it.

I love this knife, both for its beautiful design (not only is it full-tang, the ollvewood is lovely) and the fact that it's now my go-to knife for meal prep and slicing just about anything (protein, cheese, veg). The knife also arrived incredibly sharp. Way to go Jet!

So Ive been using knives for over 40 years. I have them all from cheap to expensive. I saw Chef Jet using this knife on air and decided to try it. This is a thing of beauty! Well made, very sharp and balances perfectly in my hand! Ill be keeping this on out and will be used happily every day! I just sliced a tomato so thin you can almost see thru it! Buy one for yourself if all you cut is sandwiches! Would give a 10 star rating if I could!

The size is right to feel confident using it! Easy to work with cutting details cleanly.
