Scan n cut not cutting right, (Ackerman09 PA)03/23/2022
I bought a scan n cut 350 in 2017 and used it all the time until I died. I just recently bought a sdx125e from HSN. I am very disappointed in the 125e due to it not cutting out my stamped images right. I have calibrated so many times and still doesn't cut right. I am unable to return to HSN because I don't have the the box. It was sent to my sisters house and she opened it and threw the box away. I have contacted brother and they just said to calibrate. So I am now stuck with a big paper weight.

This came damage the box was open. Items were missing but this is not the product as advertised its the one below it

I purchased this machine and it was broken and did not work right out of the box. I'm was disappointed. I had to take it to be service additionally, I purchased the SDX125E but the box and information indicate an SDX125. It may not make a difference but to me, the box and machine should reflect what I purchased.
