Birkenstock Yao Sandal

Love these sandals, perfect for summer and surprisingly comfortable right out of the box although I assume after a few wears they will start breaking in to be more comfortable. I bought these after seeing the negative reviews of them being too narrow- because I need narrow and they were perfect!!

Love this new style. Unfortunately the narrow footbed was sent instead of the regular width . Had to send this back! Please, please,HSN let us know in the description whether this is a narrow or regular footbed width. I grow tired of returning the narrow footbed Birkies!

Would love to keep them- the style is cute - but the upper leather strap is digging into the top of my foot and left a scrape already- do not want to have to "break them in" - possibly the leather is too hard- needs to be a softer leather.

One shoe strap in one shoe was crooked and irritatingly impossible to wear.QUAUNTITY OVER QUALITY IS LOUSY.RETURN FOR FULL REFUND.

Birkenstock never has disappointed! Love these shoes.

Love Birkenstock I wanted to try this new style but unfortunately I had to return. I have about 25 pairs of sandals and absolutely love them. I did not know there was a narrow width and neither did customer service. It did not show a narrow choice when I ordered but when I received my sandals and put them on my foot they did not sit right in the footbed. On the box it said it was a narrow width also purchased a pair for my daughter and had the same problem so sorry I had to return

straps are not smooth-cut my footsizing seems to have changed-I used to depend on Birkenstock, but no longer.

I ordered these as a regular width size. What I got was narrow width size. I will return. I don't think they carry regular width. The presenters fail to say that these were narrow width only.

Unfortunately the sandals were not comfortable and were narrow. I wore Birkenstocks for years and thought I would try them again. Ouch. Returned

Nice sandles. Fits bit longer than my foot. Straps way too tight and not comfortable so back they went

While the shoe was made well, and was attractive, I am one of those people that needs a 10 1/2 W. Unfortunately the "guessing" about whether to go 10 or 11 doesn't cut it....I had to return.

Shoes had frayed edges and looks like it had been worn, so I returned it.

I have been a Birkenstock girl for many years now, but I am disappointed in the current offerings. The 40 used to fit a 9.5 to 10, now it's a 9 to 9.5, and all the shoes offered by HSN seem to be of a narrow fit. I am a 9.5 to 10, therefore the 40 is too small and the 41 is too long, but both are too narrow. Loved the style and color, but knew immediately upon trying them on, since they are not leather, would not conform to a comfortable fit. Had to return.

Currently breaking them in, so far I like them the color is neutral ( nude) and goes with everything
