Berberine Phospholipid Complex - 30 capsules

I had been buying original Berberine for quit some time. And my Ha1 is great. I don't have a cholesterol problem, so don't need that. This new product smells bad, bad taste & taste after taking. Please bring back the original Berberine Noy sure thus new product will even help me.

I am taking this to lower my glucose level and it has done nothing. I take it 1x daily and realized the recommendation is 3x which makes very expensive at 250mg each tablet. will be looking other natural brands.

I bought this product for my daughter and she had an allergic reaction. I couldn't return it.

I love Andrew products but this Berberine was the exception. I started having continuous headaches sometimes turning into migraines. They ended when I stop taking Berberine . For some people works but not for me. You should talk to your doctor and discuss interactions with other medications.

I purchase this and immediately after taking had a sick feeling, I was feeling worse next day, but still taking supplement. Went to my primary he said it was a reaction to something I started eating or taking. I explained only change was this vitamin I was trying for weight loss, he said my sick feeling may be because this supplement is a contradiction with my statin. Stop taking berberine, I feel great again. Wish they had posted something about statin contradictions. I would not have bought.

Made my stomach feel awful and extremely constipated. Nauseous all the time I was taking them.

After consuming 2 720 capsules there has been no difference in my A12 levels .

I started taking one pill slightly before each meal (for 2 weeks), planning on working up to two. However it made me feel kind of like there was a rock in my stomach - it was sort of a bloated feeling but no gas. It definitely curbed my appetite because I felt too yucky to eat. I stopped taking it but continued to take a cinnamon capsule before each meal & I dont know if thats helping much but the gross feeling in my stomach went away. I think I was digesting my food too slowly???

I returned this product back in February, 2023 because it raised my Blood Pressure instead of lowering it. HSN said they issued refund of $45.78 to my Paypal account. But, Paypal says they did not get a refund, so who is telling the truth. I do not like being out $45.78.

I will stop taking this immediately! I just received my lab results since started taking this product. All of my blood sugar levels (glucose, triglycerides, and cholesterol) are way up since my last tests and since taking this Berberine. I guess I am stuck with this bottle.

Started taking this because my glucose was down go 6.4 but I wanted to get it down more. My daily readings were a little above so I thought berberine would help. Well I kept eating same way as before and my daily readings went from average 116 to 168. This kept up for the three weeks I used it. I had 90 days to use this but was afraid to continue. 4 days after returning on 3-13 my sugar readings wear back down and even better. Terrible this was on a special price and over 100.00

There was a lot of comparison to metformin in reviews that I read about Berberine. Unfortuneately I found out that Berberine affects in my body are very much like metformin. After working my way up to 500 mg I had serious stomach upset and my blood sugar dropped causing nausea and dizziness. This is the same reaction I have to metformin. My AIC is borderline so I thought I would try a vitamin, but Berberine is not for me. I wish I could take it but not with the side effects. I had to return.

It seemed to have the opposite effect for me. Made my sugar go up instead of down. Also got a terrible headache. So sent it back.

I was prediabetic for a few years so I started taking Andrew's cinnamon pills. After some time my A1C started to go up so I added the Berberine every other day to my regimen. My A1C continued to go up. I'm now considered diabetic and taking prescription medication to lower my A1C and I stopped taking the Berberine which didn't help me.
