Berberine Phospholipid Complex - 30 capsules

I like the product,but I guess doing delivery a few of the capsules separated causing the contents to spill thoughout the bottled leaving the yellow residue on all the pills. It was a yellow mess on other medications and your hands.

Are you taking this with your diabetes medicine or alone. I started last week with my meds and my numbers are going up not down.

This coupled with the cinnamon seemed to work, however, after following dosing on this product, and upped to one with each meal by the third day I turned a yellow hue. I must say I'm having health challenges and was using both products to bring my overnight blood glucose down below 100. Which the combination seemed to do, but my gut has issues that no blood work seems to present a diagnosis. After not taking for a couple of days the discoloration seemed to dissipate.

Had to return this product due to a reaction. I should have checked with my Dr. or Pharmacist before ordering but I did not so this was a mistake on my part. I take several of Andrew's products with no problems. Wish I could rate this a 5 star product but since I could not continue taking, can only rate based on my experience.

I was really looking forward to experiencing the benefits of the Berberine supplements for assistance with cholesterol and blood sugar maintenance, however after approximately a week of taking it, I experienced constant nausea and overall stomach upset. I did read online that these could be side effects but because there is a high rate of Norovirus in my area, I thought that was more likely what I was experiencing. However, within a day after stopping the Berberine, I felt back to normal.

Had high hopes that this would help to lower my blood sugar labels and A1C but I saw no change after a solid year of taking 4 capsules/day. Im 50, normal weight 53 size 8/10, exercise regularly, eat mostly plant based and was diagnosed as diabetic 3 years ago. My journey will continue without this and based on my experience, I cant recommend for assisting w/blood sugar control.

Gave me headache and diarrhea. Returning product.

I tried this Berberine 2 times and it gave me a bad headache and made me sick to my stomach both times. This last time I had a rash on my cheeks. I'm probably allergic to this product. I waited too long to try it; so it's past the return date. Maybe, my husband can use this Berberine.

This product did nothing for me but I am sure it works for some...

I have been ordering Berberine from Andrew for years. Now the formula has changed. It tasted awful, like plastic and gave me very bad stomach issues. Unless he brings back the old formula, I will not be buying this again. So disappointed.

I have taken this product before and I was happy with it. May of this year this shipment. After I take a capsule in a couple of minutes I burped it up and a horrible taste in my mouth. I stopped for a while. I started to take again is still came up. I didnt have that problem before. I think you need to know that. Thank youMary

I had been buying original Berberine for quit some time. And my Ha1 is great. I don't have a cholesterol problem, so don't need that. This new product smells bad, bad taste & taste after taking. Please bring back the original Berberine Noy sure thus new product will even help me.

I am taking this to lower my glucose level and it has done nothing. I take it 1x daily and realized the recommendation is 3x which makes very expensive at 250mg each tablet. will be looking other natural brands.
