I've been taking this supplement for a week. I noticed my blood pressure & heart rate was much lower. IN JUST A WEEK!! Unfortunately, I was still taking my BP meds and my BP dropped too low. I started to have frightening palpitations. My Dr. told me to stop until we are for sure this is the reason why. I plan to resume ASAP after my workup. I hope to get my A1C down as well.

Im so happy this was improved and made better. Only two per day instead of three to six and even better. I dont want to be without this. I believe it helps my glucose levels.

Ive been using this along with the White Mulberry Cinnamon supplement for a little over 6 weeks. I got my lab results today and my A1C dropped from 5.9 in July to 5.6 in January. Im not on any Type 2 diabetes medication. I follow a fairly strict low carb diet as well. Occasionally may have a few slices of pizza. I really think the Berberine has helped me keep my A1C down.

Purchased for the blood sugar balancing effects but havent seen any benefits yet. However, after taking for only 12 days my cholesterol went down 30 points and is in normal range and my good cholesterol levels went up. Ive struggled with controlling my cholesterol but refused to take statins for all their bad side effects. Hope this stuff keeps working.
