It is not water proof my eye waters the slightest bit it is running so bad it ruins the whole makeup look! It doesnt stay it melts off i would never buy this again!

I found this eyeliner absolutely NO different then any liquid eye liner . . I can not understand why presentation featured "roller"? It is a liguid eyeliner with a skinny brush like every other cheap eye liner.Sending back!
