The applicator is great and cooling. I like that you can apply as often as you wish. I am on auto-ship and plan to keep it on as long as I can! Thanks for a lovely neck product.

I particularly like the neck serum because of its easy application. No more twisting my hand to get a serum on the far sides of my neck. The serum is awesome and I feel really works to keep my neck smooth and supple. Got my daughter in law onto it too and she loves it too.

I was skeptical at first but have found this serum to be the most effective and rewarding serum i have ever invested in! It also helps that Alison told us to apply it in downward motion, as the accumulation of moisture in the neck was reduced by this method. Love this product, won't be without it ever! Just come with age. Lol. But I have tried almost every good neck cream offered over the last few years. The advice they gave and the serum is the best ever ! I love it., and would definitely recommend. Thank you for such a good neck product.

Leaves my neck very soft

I love Beekman products. I have VERY sensitive skin and I have no issues with this product at all. I cant say if it works because This is not a problem area for me...yet! Which is why I bought this-I want to prevent issues. I also like the packaging and application set up.

I love the applicator with the metal tip. You dont have to touch the serum. I just notice a very faint smell that doesnt last. It has a cooling feeling. I recommend. Very easy to use.

I have used this product before & loved the scent of it. However, this time it has a different, not as good scent. Has the formula changed?

This is my third time to buy this neck cream. The smell was different this time. I like the product though, just don't care for the smell. I think my neck does look better.

Love the new neck gell, but I have the hardest time getting it out of the tube, either nothing comes out, or a huge block. Not sure what it is, but trying every day until I figure it out. Hence only 3 stars today.

It was hard to regulate the amount of serum coming out of the nozel. I liked the serum, but it wound up being a wet mess on my neck. It felt like too much was being wasted with every use.

Too soon to tell, but like texture of product.

First thing I noticed was the funky smell. Reminded me of lotion that had went bad and was time to toss. I really didn't see any improvement in fact I thought it made my neck look worse.
