I purchased two of these throws and returned one of them because it stopped heating. The other one stopped heating yesterday, just six months after purchase. I can't return it, so money wasted.

Stopped working after 2 months. What a waste! Do not buy this blanket. My Warm and Cozy blanket is still working well. Beautyrest needs to do better.

Had to call for status. Never shipped. Customer Service helpful to re-order today, 12/22/2020.First order was placed on 12/4/2020, so now it will not be here for Christmas!Could only give 1 star...no product to rate.

Going back to Sunbeam products after this fiasco., (foohuet MI)03/11/2019
Lasted for a month until washing per their intricate instructions. Since that point, not working and their (Beautyrest) customer service number's voice mail full when I called a month ago and now just buzzy. Glad some of you have had good luck. I called HSN customer service and they were so helpful and are making things right.

Didnt like that it auto turned off in 2 hrs. Stopped working after a month and 3 green lites just blinked. Resetting per website didnt fix it. Wouldnt order again.

Product stopped working after the 30 day return (will not warm up after 38 days). I can not return or exchange and still paying for this Broken product on "Easy Pay". What a RIP OFF! NOT Happy at all.

Three settings, covers a queen size bed if you so desire, but it has a release at the plug in, going to the blanket. The first time I pushed the button to release the cord, half of the pins came out with it.I wouldn't recommend this throw.

Loved this throw but it stopped working after two months. Can't return to HSN and Beautyrest has not responded. Very disappointed! For the price this should have definitely lasted longer than two months!

Have only had this blanket since January. Have washed a few times - washed well. But already (and not after washing) is no longer heating. Very disappointed because when it worked it was great.

My first heated throw lasted 4 months when I called HSN they blew me off said the 30 days was up.. spent alot of money at HSN and for them to blow me off on a $60.00 item???? never buying from them again. Maybe I got a rude customer representative but still I'm still cold here in upstate NY.they don"t back there pruducts after your 30 days of anything and with no help..... BEWARE.......
