Antthony Ruffled Cape Sheath Dress

This dress is unique with the sleeve detail. One thing I really like about it is that you can treat the sleeves like a cape or wrap and move them out of the way when you're eating, etc. I got the pink color and it's a little more muted than on tv, which is good.
